All items are made to order. Please allow for both production time and shipping time when estimating delivery.

 

Production time: 1–3 business days

Estimated delivery (UK): Most UK orders arrive within 7–10 business days of order date. Please allow up to 16 business days during high-demand periods, as all items are made to order.

 

Estimated delivery (International): Total fulfillment time, including production and shipping, is typically 8–16 business days from order date.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Customs and import charges: For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

 

Delays: While we aim to meet the estimates above, production and shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing and carrier delays.

 

Incorrect address: We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
