Returns & Refunds
All items sold by Original Recipe are custom printed to order and are made specifically for you after purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer (please check our size chart before ordering)
- Items printed accurately according to the design shown at checkout
Defective, damaged, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us at https://originalrecipe.uk/pages/contact within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and the printed design
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted after 5 days cannot be guaranteed a resolution, as this is the claim window set by our production partner.
Approved claims will be resolved with a free reprint or a refund, at our discretion.
Order cancellations
Cancellation requests are only accepted before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
